General Info:
- All items are preorder items, including the digital items. They may take 3-4 months to be produced, and will be shipped after. Dates may be subject to change; please check our social media.
- Orders are shipped from USA. Please check if we can ship to your country here. We will partially refund you if we can't ship your bundle.
- All orders come with tracking numbers. Tracking may be limited internationally depending on your country's postal service.
Buyer Agreement:
- By buying any side zine material, you're confirming you're legally allowed to buy 18+ content.
- Reselling or redistributing these items are not permitted; they are for personal use only.
- Once the item leaves our shipping mod's hands, we are no longer responsible for it.
- We are not responsible for any customs, import, or VAT fees imposed on the package.
- UK/EU Buyers: You are responsible for VAT for your items.
Refund Policy:
- Sales are final after preorder closes.
- We cannot refund packages unless the mods have made a mistake with the address and the buyer has not received it (i.e. the address given does not match up with the address used to mail the package).
- Please make sure you have the right address! We're not responsible for shipping to the wrong address if that is what you've written down.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost by the postal service or stolen. We are not liable for damage as soon as it is handled by the postal services.
- If items are missing or severely damaged, please email us with a video of you opening the package and looking through the items, and we will try our best to resend the items if we have stock.
- Unclaimed/undelivered packages: We unfortunately cannot be responsible for these. If the package gets returned to us, we can reship them if the buyer covers the shipping costs.
Why is there no Paypal option?
There's no option for Paypal, because our shop breaks the Paypal's TOS due to the inclusion of the adult side zine. Due to this, Paypal may freeze our funds for 6 months or in the worse case scenario, take away all the funds.
We hope you understand that we chose not to use Paypal in order to not risk your money getting frozen or lost. Several zines have had this happen recently, so we wanted to be careful with your money.
In extenuating circumstances, we can still invoice you separately via Paypal. Please DM us if this is the case!
